Petter Johansen, CEO and CRO of Wai Genetics AS, my goal as a leader is to make Wai Genetics a leading biotech company in flow cytometry based water sampling.
Background: Master's student in molecular biology at the Department of Arctic and Marine Biology at UiT. Holds a bachelor's degree in management, innovation and marketing with a focus on innovation and patents and a mixed bachelor's degree in biology with a focus on biochemistry, genetics and flow cytometry.
Petter has also worked for 7 years with research and development in flow cytometry of various plants and water samples in the Hawaiian Islands.

CCO. Kåre Johan Teigen, my role is to front the company through creativity and communication.
I proudly completed my apprenticeship of aquaculture, and after seven year of work in this field I continued to do a bachelor degree in leadership, innovation and marketing at the University of Tromsø.
My work experience made me passionate about salmon production, and I believe salmon production can reach new heights through new technologies and methods of production.

Andrija Stefanović, Medical student, currently representing Wai Genetics AS as a Sales Agent. My goal is to one day become a gastroenterologist and make a contribution to the company in a field of medicine.
Until then I will be using my skills in leadership and sales to contribute to the company's growth. This experience I had acquired while representing the Waiawi Arctica AS and as a member of the University Student board for four years.

Ørjan Johnsen, student of computer science and CTO of Wai Genetics, representing the role of Project Management and logistics. My goal is to utilize machine learning on biodata, combined with flow cytometry to open new frontiers in Biotechnology.
Currently working on a masters degree in Computer Sciences, took a minor in deep programming with Vrije Universiteit van Amsterdam, and further specialized by studying project management and psychology.
